Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, but please be aware that you will usually incur customs/import duties on orders outside of the UK/EU. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself. 

Update: We are currently unable to ship to Ukraine, Belarus or Russia.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on the way to you, we'll email a dispatch confirmation which will include your tracking details.

Customs and Import Duties
We ship from our warehouse here in the UK and are pleased to confirm that customs and import tax is included in shipping to EU countries.

Deliveries outside of the UK and EU may incur import taxes and/or customs duties. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and you will be required to settle these yourself. More information, specific to your country, can be found on your local Government website.
