I want to change my orderUpdated a month ago

Our speedy picking and packing team process your order very quickly - this usually happens within 20 mins of placing your order. We're therefore unable to amend or cancel any orders once they've been placed. 

We do understand this can be really frustrating and we will always amend any order details where we can however, because we work hard to get your orders shipped for you to enjoy as soon as we can, it isn't always possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses entered at the checkout, including those entered via auto-fill on your device. 

📦 If your shipping address is incorrect, your order should be refused and returned to us. From here, our returns team will automatically refund your order, so please do feel free to place a new one should you still wish to receive your order.
